200 Gallon tank

now somebody will probably bust your hump for the estimated weight.. math error really .. 2000 lbs not 3000. some days you just cant win. :D

and yes you did good. i just spent $200 for a new 75g perfecto.
i dont think my floors could handle your tank anyway.

It's calcuating the weight of the tank + water + gravel. It came up with different weights when I entered a different thickness of the acrylic. Don't know if it's right or not. It was just the most through calculator I could find. I didn't want there to be an doubts left. NOW you are questioning my fish tank calculator! I give up! hehe

well if your acrilic is say 1" thick compaired to 1/2"thick theirs 1/2" more gravel all around your tank the deeper the gravel the larger the amount will be minuse the weight of your tank
if you know what i meen lol very very confusing

:( wish I could find a tank that size for that price. I am planning a purchase for a 125 Gal for $359 new, and a hex 30 for $100

I got lucky, saw it in the newspaper. First person to show up. Guy wanted $200 for it. Needed a lot of work. I told him I would give him $100 cash. I have spent around $200 and 5 weeks getting it ready. More work than I thougt it was going to be! Removing scratches from acrylic SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! But worth the time.
