We all can't wait for Hollywood week. It's boot camp for singers, and I love it. Woohoo!
Btw, my favorite so far is the uh, interesting looking opera student who did the 3 different styles of music perfectly. "All three of you are going to Hollywood." SIMON. *lol*

So far, IMO, the most priceless moment - the look on Simon's face when that woman with the coyboy hat was "singing" slash moaning, or whatever you call that. SO funny.
Yes, I think Simon has been tamer this year. Some of his decisions have been surprising to me, but then again, I never could figure out why the let some people through, and kick others. As my dad says, it's not by any means scientific or fair, it's just a popularity contest. To be honest, I've heard they walk through the crowd and give people wrist bands without even hearing them. (CLEARLY. *lol*)
Anyway, I guess that's entertainment. What gets me is people who throw away their jobs, etc., and bank their entire future on this American Idol audition like it's their right, and then get mad when begging doesn't work. Why don't we just cut to the chase, and Simon give me $100K. That'll work too.

The most hilarious moment this week was the bizarre guy who'd been practicing his singing with Paula and Randy's tape. Didn't that happen last year too?? There was a really creepy singer who used Paula and Randy's singing course. :joe:
My favorites all got cut. :sad:

That beatboxer guy, now he's talented. He's got moves, he can sing, he's got the rhythm. Oh, and I also like Phil, he's too cute, very genuine face.
i cant remember hearing him sing..i cant see beatboxing taking him very far, although it is pretty cool
