I will laugh long and hard if the Blackhawks knock the Canucks out again. I too think the west is stronger than the east.

I'm a displaced Sharks fan living in LA, my girlfriend is a Kings fan, there's a lot riding on our series but I feel totally comfortable, she's sweating bullets though.

Actually, I'm more concerned that the Sharks might upset the Canucks than the 'Hawks might do it.
Yeah, I'd be comfortable too if I was a Sharks fan, and sweating bullets if I was a Kings fan ! LOL

And if I was a Sharks fan, I'd be quite comfortable too, and sweating bullets if I was a Kings fan. ! LOL
But then again, what happens if you somehow lose Thornton, or one of your two big-scoring forwards ?

Thornton never shows in the playoffs, the real anomaly would be What if he shows up? We have marleau, heatley, clowe, pavelski, couture, setoguchi, boyle, mitchell who can all bury a puck.

As long as we continue sticking to our defensive obligations, like we have since Christmas, I think the Sharks have what it takes to go all the way.

edit: I'm sad we lost Erhoff a few years ago, but I'm glad you guys are taking care of him.

BOLTS BOLTS BOLTS
Tampa finally has a real owner and a real gm and a real coach.
BTW I to am a rabid football fan ,and basketball but there is NOTHING close to the hockey playoffs.
Toughest championship to win in the world!!!!

Hey Zaf, yeah I was thinking of Marleau & Heatley - both very dangerous with the puck on their stick anywhere near the opponent's net. And yes, we're looking after Erhoff - what a great find, huh ?

boltsfan - you're right on - toughest championship to win in the world - second that.
Minimum 16 victories needed, playing a max. of 28 games- what could be tougher, stress-wise ?

I'm rooting for the Sharks, going to game 3 here in LA next week.

You are objectively wrong.

Lol... Guys, I'm a Thrashers fan! I guess you can understand my bitterness in not seeing a "live" game...

I don't know if they can do it or not but, GO BUFFALO!!!!!!!!!

I have low expectations on the Habs this year, as the Bruins look like they really want it this time.

But, as a habs fan for life, nothing I can do but keep the hope alive. :)

Hey Cheech...have you watched the last 2 games?? Boston's getting the crap kicked out of them, lol. GO HABS GO...
