How many pieces of Vallisneria should I add in?

You seem to have obtained some. They will eventually throw runners and proliferate quickly. I believe yours are Vallisneria spiralis.

Looking good....the only thing I might add are some smaller/dwarf foreground plants. The other plants will fill in the background. Nice job!
