I have a spare 20 gallon long that i was thinking of making a planted tank out of. Would 36 watts be enough light? with diy CO2 of course?

I have a 20L with 40W of light. This tank is less than a month old, but so far so good. I don't have any plants that are said to require very high light, but everything I'm growing is in the medium light range and doing very well. Just stay away from the plants with high light requirements and take care of your tank and I think you'll do well.
