Yup!Is this the one we saw before? I think Derrick joined and showed him to us?
My latest additions. The hippo tang (Gilbert) came from a really nice guy at my LFS (thanks, Derrick!)...it outgrew his 75g at home so he gave it to me. He is fairly large...probably close to 5". HAH! Not all my fish are pygmies! :silly:
The half black angel (Otto) is the new guy....after a couple of days of harassment by my coral beauty, he has settled into the tank quite well. He is a little guy though.
I have a 30g tank on order along with an Ocean Runner 3500 pump so I can make a sump/refugium. I'm sure when I get it together I will need lots of questions answered about switching over from my wet/dry to the sump.
Thanks!!
Robbie
Otto is very cool. His namesake is from "Fish Out of Water".Beautiful additions robbie.. But did you QT??? hmmmmm?I really like Otto. hmmm
Thanks! Glad you like it....you didn't read the whole thing at once did you?an awesome tank! i think u have the longest thread to for SW..lol
Well, the largest thing I can slide through the doors in the stand has to have a footprint of 38x13 or less, so I found a 30g tank that is 36x12. I have a chunk of 1/4" acrylic that I'm going to use for baffles...if I recall silicone won't stick to acrylic so I have to "trap" the acrylic with beads of silicone. Hope it will work. I also have a Ocean Runner 3500 for a return pump and I'm looking for a larger HOB overflow with dual 1" bulkheads (1200 gph or so).Robbie: are you going to try your hand at acrylic work? or use an aquarium? for your new sump. What size you going for?
