Anyone else???? Tonight is the season premier ;)

I don't think I'll get a chance to watch the premier tonight, but I'm sure they'll have an encore like they normally do. After sitting around and watching football all day I will have a lot of stuff to catch up on. :D

I hear you! I've been working all day so I'm looking forward to some couch time. Yes, they will run the two part premier many times, I'm sure. I'll probably watch it more than once too :D
 
I'm watching it now. Looks like a cool show.
 
It was a good way to start the show, 2 2 hour episodes on successive nights. Good Stuff. Poor Jack though, seriously, he should just go somewhere else and hide.

Chico,

If you haven't seen the first 3 seasons, I highly recommend picking them up on DVD!! I wish they would run this entire season in 2 hour blocks like the past two nights!! It's always interesting how they develop the new characters. I don't watch much TV but I try to never miss 24 :)

As soon as my wife and I saw the first scene with Jack falling in love with the Sec of States daughter with both said, she's *&@)&%'ed :eek: The woman in charge of CTU now is a real...............WITCH!!!
 
You think they would put someone good in change. Seriously everyone they put in charge has massive personal problems at home, every year the same thing. Time for a little background check on these people I say.
 
OMG OMG!!! I'm a HUGE 24 fan (have watched since hour 1, day 1)... this season is gonne be a doozie I can feel it! That mother is E-V-I-L!

Who thought either a) the son was going to shoot himself, ala Romeo and Juliet, b) he was going to shoot his mother, or c) the mother was going to turn around and shoot the son?

Can anyone else not get that annoying 70's song out of their head whenever the parents (or rip Debbie) say the kids name Barus... Don't let me dowwwwn, BARUS!!

All I can say is JACK IS THE MAN... "I'm sorry Erin, you're breaking up"... I'm still wondering why he didn't just tell the cops who he was, before lying down on the ground and getting cuffed - surely he isn't contemplating trying to break out of a squad car and making things worse on himself... surely he has some sort of governmental i.d. in his pocket?

We're spoiled though -- 4 hours in a row, and now we have to wait a week. Enough theorizing...

I say BAAAAAAAAAARUS, needs to shoot his mother, she IS an evil, heartless B word, LOL!! I never made the connection to the song by the way, I'll watch the re-run :)

I don't think Jack has much of an option for using any Federal or CTU ID since they are all looking to stop him now...........Thanks to the other "nice" woman at CTU headquarters :mad:

I was hoping Jacks daughter (Elisha Cuthbert) would be in this season. They replaced her with a few other good looking agents though :o I think the girl that plays Chloe should win some kind of award!!! I find she creeps me out in a most interesting way :)
