What do you guys think about this setup that this guy is selling?

I was thinking about it, but, I can't believe that you could sell a decent setup for that cheap. Any input would help. Thanks.

I saw that too yesterday. I almost bid on it, but was disappointed that it only included one MH ballast and bulb. Good deal though, if you're only looking for one.
