will they come back though? should i leave them off for today? i usually give my tank around 12 hours of light everyday(im kind of selfish and like looking at my fishies :)) it's not algae homedog its like theyre dieing. i know the rotala and crypt are supposed to melt but what about the others?
 
Well, no:(

It is best to remove as many of those dying/dead leaves as possible asap, or they will infect the remaining healthy leaves, but new leaves will grow.

For your lighting, anubias do melt, but rarely IME, it happened to my giant anubias once, and it never recovered,

i would rebuild the lighting time like this

day 1 8 hours(today)
day 2 10 hours
day 3 12 hours

btw, 12 hours seems like a lot to me for no Co2 and T5 lighting
 
well my anubius's are fine. my anubius's,aponogetons, and my anachris are fine. i cant really clip of all the e trenelious leaves.
 
well, then clip the worst ones and keep the okayish ones
 
im about to drop in some zuccini and see how my fish like it. my killifish should be her thursday and hopefully UN will hurry up with the java moss! i hope my pleco will get some zuccini bc i heard platies wil gobble it up.

don't just put it in, try blanching to make it sink and softer:)

plecos love zuchinni, i feed mine 1 giant whole zuchinni a week(well, i have 1 pair ABNs, 1 clown, 4 yoyo loaches, adn 2 SAEs which help)

i blanched it and then tied it to a rock.actually both.
plecos love zuchinni, i feed mine 1 giant whole zuchinni a week(well, i have 1 pair ABNs, 1 clown, 4 yoyo loaches, adn 2 SAEs which help)

i bought 2 zuchinni so i hope that'll last.

are they making a T?
if not, they are prob. hungry? or just bored?
yup theyre making a T yay cory babies

congrats, if u want to find the eggs, i would try removing the other larger fish in the tank or let this batch fight for survival;)

then, by next time, u will be ready
