could i do a swordtail and 3 platys with the molly pair?

i say skip the platies, otherwise youll be pushing it stockwise. a nice male swordtail and a molly breeding pair would be nice. just keep in mind that swordtail males get 3" and can be mean, and mollies can get up to 5".

so whats the current stocking right now?

i really wanted to breed swordtails and platys though. whats a less popular and more sought out fish that's easy to breed but is a live bearer? ok so interesting things happening; my corys follow my pleco around and run up and down the sid of the tank just like he does and i think 2 of my peppered corys have paired and are spawning

oh i totaly forgot YOU CANT PUT 2 MALE SWORDTAILS TOGETHER!!!

you could try mosquitofish. they are one of americas few native livebearers. for your cories, look at my thread "breeding albino cories". its got lots of info people gave me on breeding them. if they make a "T", then they are about to lay eggs. theres some pics of the "T" in the thread. do you have any broad leaved plants like swords? thats what they like to lay eggs on.

i have anubius nana aponogeton and anachris right now but im getting more plants soon. i know about the T position bc my juliis have layed eggs i plan on doing a water change tomorrow with cold water.
