29 Gallon Journal

you could try mosquitofish. they are one of americas few native livebearers. for your cories, look at my thread "breeding albino cories". its got lots of info people gave me on breeding them. if they make a "T", then they are about to lay eggs. theres some pics of the "T" in the thread. do you have any broad leaved plants like swords? thats what they like to lay eggs on.
i also dont like mosquito fish

well the only livebearers i know of are guppys, platys, swordtails, mollies, and mosquitofish. and you wont have much luck with breeding them, as the babies will all get gobbled up! :(

im sure your fry will be happy about that. :)

haha the thing is if i do the swordtails and mollys or one of the two will people buy the babys? how do killifish breed. maybe ill do endlers

i might take some if they breed. i would skip killis, they wont breed in your tank, only in a breeding tank. but if you can offer them what they need, then go for it!

hmmmm maybe i should do a poll and see how many people would actually buy the fish. what would the kilifish need? do they lay eggs?

they are related to livebearers, both livebearers and killis are cyprinidonts or however you spell it. they lay eggs, but i dont know much about them, because ive never bred them.

and the polls a good idea. try it.
