Move the wood 2 inches to the left. Get a sheet of black posterboard, trim to fit, and cover the back of the tank so as to hide the filter. Move the CO2 dispenser to the right side of the tank so it is hidden by the plant thicket. Get a red plant or two: tiger lotus or red ludwigia etc. Need a little variation there.

oh, and: get more fish. That angel looks kinda lonely. :(

this tank is on its way to being truly spectacular. :)

Im gonna paint the back of the tank next month when i move. I thought abouy hiding the co2 behind the wisteria but im a little concerned that the leaves will get into the ladder and hinder the bubble's progress. The rotalla wallichii that is next to the driftwood is supposedly a red plant but it hasnt really come in to color yet. Not sure why. And there are two angels in there and some upside down catfish, yoyo loaches, and a little gold nugget pleco that're camera shy.

Ive found that when i buy it new the leaves often look a bit different than when i let it grow in the tank for a while. Im not sure as to why.

And thank you im starting to finally be happy with the way the tank looks.

Decided to get a bit more red into the tank so I removed the anubias and added some red ludwigia which I will keep trimmed to midground height. I've been having some trouble keeping the temple plant(hygro) alive in the back left. The first few stems basically died off so I replaced them and the new stems are beginning to develop holes in them. I've slightly increased my fert dosing to see if that will help.
