2nd strain...

I just did the 2nd water change yesterday after treating for Ich, so its been 2 weeks. I added 27 tablespoons of salt slowly with raised temp to 84 and kept it that way for 5 days after the last spot fell off. Now I see a spot on one of my Rainbows tail.

God, did this survive? Should I treat all over again?

It seems like you treated properly and should have had a 100% kill rate but something went wrong. Why not try it again with 36 tablespoons of salt (36 tablespoons = 2 teaspoons per gallon in a 55 gallon tank) and hold it in for at least 10 days after the last symptom dissappears.
