its the kit that www.petsupplyliquidator.com was selling awhile back. Comes with two 6,500K bulbs, a ballast and all the wiring. The ballast isnt mounted in an enclosure. But I could build a small wood box for it if you want. I just had it secured to the top of the hood where it wouldnt get touched or wet.
