I personally wouldnt recommend a power head for that small of a tank. I would recommend a little bit larger filter that should give you enough flow to do the whole tank without adding a power head.
The thing is there is no filter. I dont have a filter on any of my tanks. All natural filtration. And its an AIO so its divided into compartments. I'll take pics tomorrow.
