30 gallon planted ideas

For my 30 gallon, I have a 79watt light (approx. 2.5 watts/gallon), diy co2 (3 – 2 liter bottles), and a newly purchased eheim 2213. I currently have bacopa Carolina, ludwigia repens, and wisteria. Heres my plan:

Background:
-Wisteria
- Bacopa Carolina
- Ludwigia repens
- Rotala macrandra

Mid:
- Stargrass
- Red Tiger Lotus
- Rotala Rotundifolia
- Ludwigia arcuatia

Forground:
- Hemianthus micranthemoides
- Blyxa Japonica

Thoughts, suggestions???

sounds like a great plan!

although i personally feel that you are close to the point where DIY co2 is going to be hard/difficult/PITA to manage.

$179.50, you have lots of light on top of there so just be mindful of it.

blyxa needs minimum of 3wpg, its been reccomended in the past to grow best in 4wpg or more. Co2 would be good for ya as well. i spent 240 with shipping on a 20lb clinder, milwake reg solenoid and bubble counter as well as co2 proof tubing. www.co2-canisters.com is a good place to look. I have looked for a good cheaper regulator but nothing good yet in my searches.

You will need some kind of diffuser,unless you have a cannister filter,a drop checker,and a CO2 bottle.
But with everything that comes with that,it is a great price.

I do have a canister filter.. how would i hook it up??

also how much is a bottle of co2 and is that all i would need in addition to this kit?

is a 2.5lb tank good enough or should i do a 5 lb?

found a place with used, retested 2.5lb co2 tanks for $55 and $12.50 per refill.

Is this a good deal? would 2.5lb be efficient enough?
