Instead of rams, how about kribs?

I like the krib idea actually, and my lfs just got a few nice ones in that i was looking at the other day. Would i be able to keep corys with a pair of kribs? Or would they clash because they are both on the bottom a lot?

I've previously kept kribs and cories in a tank with the same footprint to what you have. The kribs had a cave on the one end and tank was heavily planted with lots of breaks in their "line of sight" so there were not too many issues.

When the kribs would breed and the cories would enter their "territory", there were some issues but never to the point of injury. The cories would "high-tail it outta there" - the male krib would chase them for a bit but would return to the cave quickly.

Hmm alright, so far I'm thinking:
20 x harlequin rasboras
8 x panda cories
2 x kribs
and moderately planted

Thoughts?

I'd do closer to 12-15 harlies, myself.
