30 Gallon Stocking

How's this sound for a 30 gallon tank?

Cleaning Crew:
12 - Blue Legged Hermits
3 - Red Scarlet Hermit
5 - Astrea Snails
5 - Margarita Snails
5 - Cerith Snails

Fish:
1 - Firefish goby
1 - Yellow Watchman goby

The tank will be cycled with about 40lbs of dead LR (my base rock), and will be seeded with around 10 lbs of Fiji LR. It will have a shallow sand bed, with a AC300 refugium (filled with chaetomorpha) and an AquaC Remora skimmer.
I'm hoping to convert this tank into a reef sometime in the future. Will my proposed stocking work well?

Id make sure the sand is at least 4" deep. Both of your selected fish are active diggers and need burrows in the sand.

Also, make sure you have a secure hood, firefish are notorious jumpers.

Ok, I'll add more sand to the tank... thats not a problem. I'm not worried about jumpers, I have eggcrate over the top of the tank right now =)

Looks like a good stocking plan. Should work well when you want to add corals.
