This is my 30 gallon transformation and I have this tank for 3 months but the first two months was invaded by algae bloom! However, I beat it with UV filter and then turn the tank into a Dutch Style Aquascape!!! Looking forward for the full potential of this tank and I have learn so much about algae bloom. Hopefully this won’t ever happen again. I am still trying to trim the tank so the aquascape can be more proportional and balanced. I really like the red plants that’s filling up pretty nice and it is well-spread around the tank.
I like how the light give a nice blue reflections of whole the tank. Im using the JC&P LED light from amazon.

The picture with the discus is the most recent picture. Hopefully the picture order is correct

thank you! I made a better aquascape after it was rebuilt. so it was definitely worth it! I figure it was better to fully design the aquascape before adding anything inside. Otherwise the tank does not look complete.

The black background really helps too! You & your tank have come a long way ;)

I do have concerns with your loner? discus...Unless it's 1 of a breeding pair...but you don't have a large enough tank for a group to let them sort it out...& yours looks small...

So you'll need a "future plan" for both your discus & your tank...but a great start!
