30 gallon tank

30 gallon 3 ft long with a 5 Buenos Aires tetra, going to add a couple more, what else could I add to this tank other than tetras?

How tall is it?
You could to a pair of dwarf flag cichlids and 4 corys.

I think that a group of 5 or 6 corydoras works well, perhaps a couple of dwarf cichlids as previously mentioned. I'm not sure if you can add any gourami.

Id get at least 5-7 more tetras now!

so:
10-12 ba tetras
3-4 apistos (only one male) you chose the species
6 corys (you chose the species)
and if you are up for a challenge and have enough experience, 5 marble hatchet fish. (be warned as they are jumpers)

I’ll have a look into the marble hatchets and I have a secure lid on the tank so shouldn’t be a problem, thanks again for the help
