30" long ... thinking of fish

Question
With a planted tank....I haven't got room for orniments etc. So do i just have a whole bunch of plants in there and the piece of bog wood? I've created a small plateau that sits above the gravel and is coverd with pebbles. its about 8" by 4" it sits at the front of the tank and runs along the face 8".
and then I have 2 other orinments which take up alot of space. Should I just leave them and plant around them? It will be quite crowded. Or should I take out the orniments and then put plants in there place?
could I get some pictures of some planted tanks to get an idea?
