Well im getting rid of my Cichlids cause there getting to big. Buy em here.

I dont want neons or anything small. I want somthing that i can see, about 2inches big. And bright colors, kinda a fake version of a salt water tank. Thats what iw as going for with the colorful cichlids. Tropical colors.

Any ideas?

Oh yeah i have a black on black layout, Black gravel, Dark greyish REAL rocks from the local lake, And abunch of Amazond swords...

If you check out link in my sig you can see pics of my dwarf gourami's. The blue one is like neon blue, really bright and crisp. Also my flame dwarf gourami is all orange with blue top and bottom fin. They get to be between 2-3 inches max. Also, no pics yet but I have a gold and a blue ram which are also really colorful fish, actually they are a cichlid, but are peacefull and only get 3 inch max. Hope this helps

Large tetras would look great in your tank. Some get to be about 2 inches long or more. Some good choices would be:

Emperor tetras
Black Skirt Tetras
Lemon Tetras


All of those get to be at least 2 inches long. The emperor and lemon tetras would be especially bright, and all three would be fairly easy to breed, if you like that. Flame tetras are the most beautiful tetras, in my opinion, but they only reach 1 and a half inches long. They also would breed fairly easy.

yeah i wanted blue rams...my lfs just expanded from a small store to a HUGE one. They have all kinds of rare fish. Even the snowball pl*cos.

i will see what i end up with once i get there. Rams are on my list.

But tetras are beautiful, but i just dont like them cause i use to have them in the past, so i want somthing new.

Any other fish?
