To answer the aquaclear question, I would go with a 70 instead...

I tend to use 2 filters on my tanks to maintain my sanity (if one crashes you have another at least). Its always best to overfilter than under so if you can afford the 70 ide go with it!

Yup! I ordered the AC 70! I'm concerned that the flow will be too much in my 20 long for now until I upgrade, but I guess I can always move the lever and reduce the outflow on both the AC 30 and AC 70 for the time being.

Finally, I'm back with some pictures. The first one is of my clown loaches.. they're getting big!! They are still in the 20 long but I will be upgrading to the 33 gallon long or 40 gallon long by the end of the year. The second picture is of their current home, before I replaced the AC 30 to the new AC 70.
