$35,000 freshwater tank??? in your home?

Umm... I've got a 18,000 gallon (16x32) inground pool that we are seriously considering converting to a koi pond.
Don't expect to put anywhere near 35k into the conversion, though....

heck, the guy's in Everett, Wa - that's somewhere not too far west of me. Maybe I'll have to check it out in person...
But, geesh, for $35K I agree, I could buy a new Subaru WRX (one of my favorites) and STILL have money left over to buy/build something at least as large...
Wonder how much this guy paid for it initially?
