I have a 40 gallon breeder.... would the lights be enough light for my tank if I go low light plants?

it will be enough for many low light plants. more the undemanding type though. java moss for instance may just die off slowly like it does in my 50 with approx. 6' of t-8/t-12 bulbs.

anubias (bartieri and nana), crypt wendti, lace java fern and some apons do very well. mini pellia grows slowly. jungle vals and java moss die back slowly. spiral val sustains it's total mass and stays looking healthy but doesn't grow at all.
