I got this tank, mm must be over a month ago now, when my old tank started leaking. I haven't posted any pics yet though. I was really frustrated at first, because I was so happy with how the 29 looked, and I couldn't get this one the way I wanted.

I'm finally happy with it. :) The background plants still need to grow in some, but it shouldn't take too long, they grow fast.

Also- I got a pearl gourami last night. :D I think it's a male, either way, an awesome fish.

Tell me what you think!

Thank ya. :) I want some more crypts for the front, and I keep toying with the idea of doing a fireground plant, and then decide it might be too much maintenance, and my life is pretty busy lol.

Big pics are Big.

Big pics are Big.

Crap, are they? I resized them and they're showing up small for me, although they load big, and then resize.

If they're not resizing right maybe a mod can take a look?

very beautifull , love it ...

Nice tank and fish. I compared your pearl to my male and female pearls, and your pearl looks like my girl. I could be mistaken, or perhaps your pearl is just immature. In any event, my pearls are my fave fish except for my yoyo loach (who's a hoot!). My pearls took about 1 to 1-1/2 weeks to get settled so that they didn't completely spook every time someone walked by the tank. They are shy fish, so be careful not to make any fast moves at the tank -- at least for a day or two. Pretty soon, she'll be first in line for food.

It does look pretty young. They had more mature ones at the store too, but I figured younger would be better. Do you have pics of yours?

Yeah he/she (lol) was definitely shy. Had the same problem as my previous betta did too- cautiously exploring the tank only to be slammed into by a cory making a surface run. :lipssealedsmilie:

Sorry, no pics of mine (Bailey and Mesta). :shakehead: I'm horribly 20th century (actually more like 19th century). I'll get with either my boss or one our assistants to see if they can take some snaps. The snaps will be the easy part; it's the posting that will defeat me, but I'll give it a try. :thud:

:omg: I just read the instructions on how to post a picture. I'm sure I'll never figure it out, but maybe my assistant can. She's much more with-it than I'll ever be. :shakehead:
