Update #2.
The powercompact came in and it was the wrong size. I sent it back and should get the correct gear by the end of the week.
I also bought some more fish this week, and added the polishing pads to one of the filters (the 305). I also sadly, took the Bala Shark to my local pet store so he could find a new home.
New fish:
a) 12 x tiny fish with tiny red tails. (They are less than half the size of the black neon tetras.)
b) 3 x adolecant gold gouramis
c) 3 x baby flame gouramis
(I will try and get some snaps with my camera phone, but it's hit or miss when trying to capture fish with no flash.)
I know it's alot of bioload to add in the period of a week. Let's just hope for the best. (I added one nitrasorb media pack to on of the canister filters to ease the transition.)
In my defense I did remove a 4 inch bala shark at the same time period

P.S. - My buddy who was a digital SLR prosumer camera said we would come over and take some pics for me.

I got the Turbo CO2 system a few days ago. Thanks again for the info! It is very silent, indeed. Have you had a chance to make your own refill? Any tips on that?
