36" light for 48" tank??? will it work?

I want to order a 36" hagen glo dual HO T5 light fixture. It will give me 78 watts on a 75 gallon tank.

Is that enough light to grow java fern, moss, water sprite, and swords and stuff like that??

Java fern and moss maybe if only right under the light. The others ---no.
