3m colorquartz s-grade black sand

I feel really bad for you not being able to find it. We've got a dealer here in Oklahoma City I get it from & it's only $18 for 50 lbs.
As of 3 months ago this guy-SubstrateSupply@aol.com, had it. He contacted me on another forum to let me know he had it. It's $38.00 no matter what color and that includes shipping. There was some guy on Ebay who was scamming people with it so be careful. I've never ordered from this guy and don't know him but he seems nice.

anyone in the MA area ever found a good place to get some colorquartz, ive still been trying with minimal success, one place would have been close to $80 a bag to get it shipped to me.... any help, willing to buy a bag for a good price in your area and ship it to me if you dont live to far away?

this link is to a site that will sell a 50lb bag of colorquartz any color and ship it for a total cost of 38.79 to anywhere in the continental u.s. the catch...... they only have s-grade and from what ive heard you want the T-grade. Though many will vouch for the s-grade being manageable.

By total cost you mean there are no shipping fees attached to this?

THIS place actually has it listed under "fish tank", wow. I think they quoted me like $30+ for shipping though because they had to repackage it or something. Also getting it shipped to a business address cuts the shipping down too. I ended up buying mine from AGSCO Corporation in north NJ, it was $24 a bag (pickup). Good luck finding AND cleaning this stuff! :)

Thanks for all the helpful links and info guys! Once again AC members pull through for me :worthy:
