one more day before these guys become fishsicles..

take 2 free 7" gibbiceps plecos and 1 small salvini cichlid with them..

Have you tried the angel fish forum ? I really hate to see them get frozen.

I found someone to take two of my angels on Craigslist "FREE Angelfish" and I got four replies and they were picked up last night! It sure beats the freezer!?!?! :(

they've been on craigslist for almost 2 weeks now, no takers. tried my LFS but they wont take in any fish that are not sent in by their distributer.

they are the last of the fish here, and in the last tank i have..someone is coming here saturday afternoon to pick the tank up and they do not want the angels.(going saltwater)

I wish I were closer I would take them so they would not have to meet the freezer

I feel really sad at this ,angel in freezer. i wish i could do something but live very very far away.

Have you tried listing them over on Monster Fish Keepers? While our sister site is geared more toward larger fish, there are those over there who love and keep angels. I would give it a try before euthanizing them. By the way, putting them straight from the tank into the freezer is, in my opinion, a slow and cruel death. If you end up having to kill them, please read up on the most humane way of doing it and make it as humane as possible. Thanks

How well do they get along? I have a 29 gal. I can place them in , I'm just concerned about them pairing off and bullying each other . If no one wants them I'll pick them up.

they've been great so far, raised them from pea size. i'm hoping someone will take them, i certainly don't want them to end up in the freezer..
