I know rummynose are def off table as well as Congos both need 4-5 ft tank minimum

Rummynose don't need 4-5 ft tank minimum. A group of them will do just fine in a 40 breeder.

I’d get 6 more corydoryas (possibly of another species that live there) 1 Bn pleco 16 bloodfin tetra and 2 redbreast acara and 2 apistogramma borelli?

All of these fish are pretty common I think so it shouldn’t be too hard to find them my lfs def has corydoryas and bloodfins and quite possibly the apisto but idk about the acara but it cant be TOO hard

F FJB i go off of seriouslyfish and European fishkeeping standards. It isn’t just the size, behavior counts too.
