40 Gal Planted

The red plant is a red tiger lotus, with good lighting and ferts it'll grow litterally overnight. The sterbai and the apisto's get along nicely they never bother each other. Coming home from my trip though I lost both of the male apisto's and all I have now are the two females. What other fish do you think that I should get now? They gotta get along with my cherry shrimp.

just in case you dont know. you need more than one cory. preferably 6, and im surprised those shrimp are living my apistos killed all my ghost shrimp.

Yeah I know I'm working on it right now. The place I got it from only had one at the moment. Fish stores aren't very close from where I'm at. Since I only have two females I might just see if I can trade them in for some shrimp. The shrimp have plenty of hiding spots where the apistos can't get them.

Very nice

Thanks guys, did some heavy trimming today and hopefully the plants at the bottom gets better light. Cherry shrimp are awesome hiders....I only see two of them haha.

Hey guys! Haven't posted in this thread to update but just to let you guys know I rescaped the tank and it looks better! I have a problem now though. I think I may have parasites in the tank. My fish have gotten skinny and they turn white right before they die. I think it's some kind of parasite infestation. It doesn't affect my cory or the loach in there (crosses fingers). Is there anything I can use to get rid of the possible parasites in the tank? It has to be something that I can use that wont kill my red cherry shrimp.
