Doesn’t exist. It’s the name of the golden wonder killifish.

my lfs sells panchax corydoras. seen them.

but remember that a lot of fish stores will not label their stock correctly.. and common names vs. scientific are kind of useless for identification too

they were labeled as panchax corydoras. they looked like sterbai corys but kind of yellow ish skin with brown ish markings. the lighting wasnt very good as they were already preparing to shut the store down.

I would take the name with a grain of salt.. verify the name against the fish.


Stores generally just sell the fish as they were sold to them, for better or worse... You need to be able to identify the fish you want.(There are 100s or tyes of Cory though... so good luck)

I have described the fish, i dont know what it really is but it was labelled as panchax cory so i take it as it is.

It's a trade name, not a scientific/identified name, so anything goes.
