Hello. I started 40Gal long /will post some pics lather / with Eheim 2215 it seems to me that water flow current is to high how I can lower it? Drill more wholes on the out take side to lower pleasure or to close a little bit the double isolating valves on intake and outtake side? Thanks in advance.

i read that you are never supposed to slow the flow with the input. However, i close the output double-disconnet valve on my 2215 a little and that is ok. Too much might put stress on the canister, so it is recommended that you dont sshut too much of it off.

Put the output lower into the water.
