4300 Gallon Plywood Build (3600+ Take 2)

dude...you've got to snag some pictures, I WANT TO SEE IT!!! I'll be thrilled if this finally works for you (not nearly as much as you'll be I'm sure) but building a monster tank like this has always been a dream of mine and my wife and I are looking at buying property and building our house here in the next 3 or 4 years, if you can do this its proof of concept for me :D. Regardless I'm impressed by your perseverance on this job, if I were in your shoes I'd have given up a thousand times.

Lol...love it, those time zones...saw you closing down this morning, did all my work and then sit downwith a beer to see you wake up and start again..great stuff, where's the popcorn...lol

Good luck today Pete...hope its all going well today.

It's at 27" right now and still filling. I'm concerned about a little dampness around the bulkhead that was there last night and hasn't dried up yet. It could be weeping a little. I noticed a little raised Permadri around the bulkhead from painting around them one the later coats. I wasn't concerned about taking them out since they'll be hidden by the screens and didn't matter if I got any Permadri on them. May have to look at it again if it doesn't stop.

Going to let it get to 37 inches (2200 gallons) then let it sit a while. The bulkhead is definitely weeping, but not too bad. I'm going to run a bead of Dow 795 around them after I clean up the wall around the problem one and reseat it.

So excited, my fingers are getting tired from having them crossed since yesterday, hurry up lol!
