I was fitting all the pieces. Now, I'm gluing and screwing it all together. As he said, there never was a pond liner in it.
Umm, Zigman, I already know what I'm doing with it and none of that is it.
It's screwed together with 3" deck screws and glued with Liquid Nails Heavy Duty construction adhesive. 3/4" Marine grade/exterior plywood will sheath the inside. All seams will be glued with LNHD construction adhesive then sanded of any residue inside the tank. Dow 795 will provide the seal on the 50x99x2" cell cast acrylic window on 3 sides. A frame sorta like the back of a picture frame with a hole cut in it will hold the acrylic in place and provide another sealing surface. The interior coating will be Pond Coat liquid rubber.
