45 gallon Tank Suggestions

got a standard 45 gallon tank three weeks ago and now it has finally gone through its cycle and now i need suggetions...

Does anyone want to help me stock it with suggestions. I want to stock with new world cichlids. I defintely want a firemouth or a dwarf cichlid.

What do you guys think?

Rams are awesome!!!! plus they dont get all that big so you could but a few in your 45 gal!

You could do a colony of p.demansoni, you could also put in some lesser agressive mbuna or peacocks, or some smaller tangs.
