where ever i am
i am getting a colony of sunshine peacocks for my newly established
46 gallon tank (4 foot long 15 inches high 15 inches wide )
there is 6 females and one male all around 10 cm in the colony

can i add one frontosa to this????

and wat other peacful african cichlids can i add (maybe 3 of them)

the person said he got a german imported male purebreed and its a perfect gold and is worth quite alot and the females were picked out of 50 so im looking foward to seeing them.
 
no frontosa in that tank - they get far too large.

I think you can have some other fish though.

Some synodontis catfish would be fine (1 or 2).

Equally, although some will say (and it is a respected opinion) not to mix mbuna and aulonocara (peacocks) I think you could (in a tank that long) quite happily have something like 4 labidochromis caereulus (electric yellow labs) at 1 male, 3 females, together with the synos.

This of course presumes adequate filtration and your commitment to regular large water changes and gravel vacs (minimum 30% weekly, better 25% twice weekly).
 
Some syds--yes...no frontosa.
 
Either one syndontis or a group of 6 or more. For your tank size, I would have to say one. When kept in small groups they tend to beat at each other no matter the sex.
