5.5 gallon fishies?

My sister has a 5.5 gallon tank with 3 guppies in it. It is un-heated and the temperature usually stays in the area of 70-72 degrees. She wants more fish, preferably bottom feeders, but it doesnt really matter. I was thinking something like some shrimp, even though there not fish, or some pygmy cories.

I'd go for white cloud minnows. they school but I dont think they get very big.

I'd say no more than three pygmy cories, or 2-3 ghost shrimp, or 4-5 neons.

White clouds like to be in a school (five is a good number I've heard), and considering they get to be 2" each, you'd over stock the 5.5 gallon tank with five or more.
