5 gallon nano (lighting)

i have just started a 5 gallon saltwater nano setup. I run power compacts with one 9 watt actinic and one 9 watt daylight lamp. (total of 18 watts) Is this lighting going to be sufficeint for having LR, hardy invertabraes and maybe one hardy anemone???

no anemone except a tube anemone which will get much too big and you will probably be feeding it too much to even support it. plus, anems are very difficult to take care of in small tanks because they are sensitive to changes in salinity and water levels.
however, you could keep some softies like mushrooms and zoos.
