Why not forgo a midlevel fish and add in acouple of cories or khulies on the bottom?

I assume it would be cheaper to get killis mailed from someplace slightly more local than most of the god folks on aquabid. They are really fascinating fish and once you find other people that keep them, they are generally pretty cheap! Heck, I know my club has even *given* people easy killis to get them started

i breed lyre tails once but i always stuffed the end bit. keeping the eggs out of water but keeping them moist can be hard a times
