I don't know the first thing about ADF's, but my rule of thumb is always go as big as you can afford, and have space for.
#1. The larger the volume of water the more stable it is
#2. the larger the tank the more future options you have

they're in my 90 gallon atm, but they're hard to feed because of all the fish eating the food. I also don't really have a frog friendly set up in terms of places they can stay
Go for the 10! Out here, in MN, a 10 gal. costs about 10 bucks, but I can only find a 5 gal. for 20 bucks or more. I think it's because the 5 gal. tanks look fancier.
