500 GPH Sumersible Pump Recommendation?

I am getting ready to setup my 90G with a wet/dry setup. Looking for a good pump that can maintain about 500GPH with a 4 ft rise and push out thought a reverse flow UGF.

CAn anyone recommend one, that can maintain the flow with the back pressure?

Quiet one 3000 or 4000

Either of these would be an awesome choice. I've had nothing but great luck with them. They're very powerful and quiet.

i have a rio 2100 and its quiet , ive only had it a month -so i dunno about longivity

I have a rio 2500 in my sump on my 135 and it has been running for about a year and a half now it is quiet also. I also have a rio 2100 that i have been using as a power head for 2 years now.
