well i cant get the 75 so it has to be a 55, what could i put, i want 2-3 yellow labs 2-3 trets and 2-3 lemon jakes, and maybe 1-2 haps

Sounds ok if you like a mix just remember to rock up heavy so that the fish will be able to get away from the aggression.. keep an eye on the trets i would only do one..
It sounds like a weird mix to me. I'm not sure it may work well. Which Haps are you thinking about?
like the eletric blue, and 1-2 trets i will do. and ya i like the mix. now is this too much for the tank

If thats what you want than go for it dude, just pay close attention to them later down the road for any one not fitting in with too much aggression being applied to a certain species..
With the trets if you have a few in there they may keep to themselves with aggression sorry i forgot to tell you this the last time..
The Haps and Aulonocara should focus on each other as well.. Well til something decides to breed than thats where the rock heavy comes into play, just rock out this tank and the sand sounds sweet but you may want to lay some egg crate on the bottom to help with the load of rock..
