Yeah, you can pick up 48" dual tube strip lights for about $20 (CAD) at Home Depot/Kent up around here. Although, then you gotta think reflector. That's when I say reflective mylar. There's a hydro shop around here that sells 2ft. wide silver mylar for about $1.50 a foot.
