55 Gallon and 40 Gallon Stocking???

that's fine, the only thing I would keep an eye on is the firemouth aggression towards the festivums. If you really want keyholes, just swap the firemouths for keyholes, and you'll be set.

If I wanted to do something like this also, could I?
55g:
2- Festivum Cichlids - 6"
2- Firemouth Cichlids - 3"
2-
Kuhli Loaches - 3"
6- False Julii Cories- 2"
1- Delhezhi Bichir - 14"

40g:
2- German Blue Rams - 3"
2- Double Full Red Cockatoo Cichlid - 3.5"
6- Marble Hatchets - 2"
6- False Julii Cories - 2"
Wataugachicken pointed out the kuhli-bichir affair correctly.:) All fish in serpentine form should not be mixed with bichirs and it is possible that the firemouths will also eat the kuhlis. The rest are fine however.

Your 40g is fine.

Sound good?

The following things highlighted below are my changes, I would like to know of anything that might be a problem. I was also considering a school of smaller fish, such as tetras, possibly a delhezi bichir or to add 6 more False Julii Cories. Please add feedback, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!,
Jack
