The tank has been established for over five years and is in good condition, not a single leak or crack.

I'd like to include all filters consisting of a Rena XP3, a Penguin and Whisper HOB.
The tank at present contains cichlids and I'd like to include them in the deal.

I'm located in 20850.
The stock for now has the following:

A yellow lab, bumble bee (over 6"), blue acei, red zebra, a pair of red tail sharks, mating pair of convicts which have already had fry, there is also a unique dwarf type catfish for which I can't recall the name.
