Looking for some suggestions on filling out the rest of my tank. The tank is 2 weeks old, fully cycled with the help of bio-spira. My current stocking is as follows.
6- zebra danios
6- glolite tetras
8- neon tetras
I had 5 serpae tetras put they were ripping the neons up as well as themselves. Had to take them back. As much as i like all the little guys in the tank, is there any suggestions on what other types of fish would mesh well with my current stock. I was thinking maybe 3 to 4 silver hatchet fish to give the top of the tank a little more action. My LFS has a very nice stock of Rams that i think would look nice, but from gathering information on this site, it seems they do best with a little better established tank, possibly 4 to 6 months down the road. What type of bottom feeders would you guys suggest. I guess just give your suggestions how you would fill out the rest of the tank as if it were your own. Thanks for the help.
Tank Specs.
55 Gallon Freshwater
Emperor 400
200 watt visi-therm heater
standard 15 watt fluorescent tube lighting
Fake plants & slate, ceramic flower pots.
