55 Gallon Discus Tank

Thank you for all the kind words guys.

@Nzmolina

I don't think it's really harder. Some plants require high amounts of CO2 to grow well others don't. The ones I have in my tank are mainly low-tech plants.

@Rhonda Ann

I know at some point down the line they came from Stendker so I know they are legit strains, the ones I got were from a local breeder who got his parents from Hans.

These pictures are a bit older then the FTS in the first post. The tank has since be rearranged. But they show my Discus a lot better =)

very nice.

That tank is just beautiful. And the close-up pictures show how sweet your discus truly are.

Amazing. I haven't but I know I could keep Discuss if I ever get around to it. But I know I don't have the gift of keeping or growing a planted tank. Truly beautiful arrangement.

Thank you gunner. Coming from you it's definitely a compliment =) I bet you could keep an amazing planted tank. You take more time then anyone one here on all your solo jobs and projects. All plants take is time imo... and CO2 doesn't hurt either :rolleyes:

I wish I had pics of my old 75g discus...your pics do it justice, though lol. Nice tank.
