55 or 75 Gallon ??

I would rather have a 40 than a 55! IMO the footprint of a 55 gallon is terrible, 12" wide and 48" long...
Go for the 75! I have a 75 gallon and I love it

went to my LFS today. PICKED UP THE 75 !!! last one they had ) also got a 20 H and an Aqua Clear 30 and some filter accesories for a total of around 180... which is GREAT seeing as the 75 tank is usually almost that pice alone

Like everyone else - 75! I have 55's, 75, and 90. I like my 90 the most and after having one I will not do a 55 if I can help it. If not a 90 then I would opt for a 75 since we are talking only a height difference. I would also opt for a 40BR over a 55 depending on fish.
ya long story short here, my brother in law had what he thought was a 75 gallon tank and wanted to trade it for one of my tanks... I had a 40 breeder with light, lid and stand i was willing to trade for the 75 came with a very nice light has LEDS, daytime light and like a black light almost. but it turns out it was only a 55 and i got the worse of the deal as i loved that 40 breeder... Ive looked at the 55 and it needs resealed which is why i was asking this question in the first place
